This a book nook, book sculpture, book art, real book creation! I have hollowed out a real book all the way through so there is a hole in the book, the pages of the book are still visible around the edges. I have made little drawers, in a rustic fashion to fit inside. Called ’My Lost and Found’ this has little drawers to store all those things you lose, my strength, my common sense, my sense of humour, my mind, and my marbles, so when these thing go missing, you will always know where to find them! Great fun quirky gift, for that person who has everything!
It is freestanding, so place it in front of your books, mix it in with your books, put it on a shelf, on a mantelpiece, it really would fit in anywhere. It is also wall hanging, and looks great hanging on the wall mixed in with your picture frames. Great gift for book lovers, and for the person who has everything!
I like my creations to be eco-friendly, so I upcycle where I can. Made from modern day, recycled used books, I only use the best I can find, but please allow for minor blemishes. This is the size of a usual hardback fiction book, aprox. 9.4” tall, 6.2” wide and 1.4” deep,
